NMC Announces 2007 Call to Membership
The New Media Consortium (NMC) has announced the 2007 Call to Membership, part of a global strategy to extend its work in stimulating new ideas, encouraging collaboration, and informing and influencing practice to new institutions and new audiences.
The NMC, publisher of the annual Horizon Report, is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit international consortium, and a vibrant and energetic community of innovative institutions. NMC members are committed to pushing the boundaries of teaching, learning and creative expression, and adept in the application of technology. Member institutions are found across North America, in Europe, Asia, and Australia, and include many of the most highly regarded colleges and universities in the world. Adding to that rich mix are a remarkable group of pioneering museums, research centers, foundations, and forward-thinking companies.
