A block of sleeping rooms and special rates have been secured for the attendees of the 2009 NMC Directors Meeting. The room rate is $169 single/double.
All reservations must be made no later than Tuesday, January 27 in order to ensure room availability and the special rates. Reservation cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to cancellation fees.

The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located approximately 7 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn, and is about a 15 minute drive. Taxis can be found easily at the airport and the cost is approximately $20 to/from the airport/hotel. Shuttle services found at the airport cost approximately $10.
